Personal Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy shall include, but not be limited to Your name, address, contact number, e-mail address or other contact information, Information regarding your transactions on the Website, Your financial information, Internet Protocol address, any other items of 'sensitive personal data or information' as such term is defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data Of Information) Rules, 2011 enacted under the Information Technology Act, 2000, identification code of Your communication device which You use to access the Website or any other Information that You provide during Your registration process, if any, on the Website.

1.3 Such Personal Information may be collected in various ways including during the course of you registering as a user on the Website, registering as a merchant on the Website, availing certain services offered on the Website. Such instances include but are not limited to participating in any online survey or contest or otherwise or posting user reviews or otherwise doing business on the Website.

1.4 We may receive Personal information about you from third parties, such as social media services, commercially available sources and business partners. If you access Website through a social media service or connect a service on Website to a social media service, the information We collect may include Your user name associated with that social media service, any information or content the social media service has the right to share with Us, such as your profile picture, email address or friends list, and any information You have made public in connection with that social media service. 1.5 Kymee may also collect information other than Personal Information from you through the Website when you visit and / or use the Website. Such information may be stored in server logs. This Non-Personal Information may include your geographic location, details of your telecom service provider or internet service provider, the type of browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome etc.), the operating system of your system, device and the Website you last visited before visiting the Website or the duration of your stay on the Website is also stored in the session along with the date and time of your access.

1.6 Non-Personal Information is collected through various ways such through the use of cookies. Kymee may store temporary or permanent 'cookies' on your computer. You can erase or choose to block these cookies from your computer. You can configure your computer’s browser to alert you when we attempt to send you a cookie with an option to accept or refuse the cookie. If you have turned cookies off, you may be prevented from using certain features of the Website.

1.7 Please do note that Personal Information and Non Personal Information may be treated differently as per this Privacy Policy.

1.8 You hereby represent to Kymee that: a) the Information you provide from time to time is and shall be authentic, correct, current and updated and you have all the rights, permissions and consents as may be required to provide such Information to Kymee. b) Your providing the Information to Kymee and Kymee's consequent storage, collection, usage, transfer, access or processing of the same shall not be in violation of any third party agreement, laws, charter documents, judgments, orders and decrees.

1.9 Kymee and its officers, directors, contractors or agents shall not be responsible for the authenticity of the Information that you or any other user provide to Kymee. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Kymee and its officers, directors, contractors or agents and any third party relying on the Information provided by you in the event you are in breach of this Privacy Policy including this provision and the immediately preceding provision above.

1.10 Your Information will primarily be stored in electronic form however certain data can also be stored in physical form. We may store, collect, process and use your data in countries other than the Republic of India but under compliance with applicable laws. We may enter into agreements with third parties (in or outside of India) to store or process your information or data. These third parties may have their own security standards to safeguard your information or data and we will, on commercial reasonable basis, require from such third parties, to adopt reasonable security standards to safeguard your information / data.

2. PURPOSE FOR COLLECTING, USING, STORING AND PROCESSING OF INFORMATION

Kymee collects, uses, stores and processes your Information for any purpose as may be permissible under applicable laws (including where the applicable law provides for such collection, usage, storage or processes in accordance with the consent of the user) and shall include the following:

2.1 to facilitate your use of the Website;

2.2 to respond to your inquiries or fulfil your requests for information about the various services ordered on the Website;

2.3 to process and complete the orders placed with the participating merchants and is shared as needed to process and complete the orders;

2.4 to ensure that orders have are successfully delivered on time, and to keep you informed on the status of Your order;

2.5 to provide you with information about services available on the Website and to send you information, materials, and orders;

2.6 to send you important information regarding the Website, changes in terms and conditions, user agreements, and policies and/or other administrative information;

2.23 Kymee collects, stores and transmits your Phone Number & Primary Account related information to the Simple payment gateway and app to enable account verifications and enable payment through the gateway [Individually and collectively referred to as ('Purposes')] You hereby agree and acknowledge that the Information so collected is for lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of Kymee or any person on its behalf, and the collection of Information is necessary for the Purposes.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 21 - ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GOLD JEWELLERY

1.14-day returns: You can return your item for upto 14 days from the date of delivery, no questions asked against a full refund subject to a successful inspection of the items (which may take up to 7-10 days from the date of receipt at the Company's warehouse/store) and submission of the video showcasing the return packaging with the original product, invoice and authenticity certificate. However, Personalised and Made-To-Order products are not eligible for 14-day returns and can only be returned in case of spurious/defective products.

2. Please note that any claim for non-receipt of a product or empty box will be entertained only if submitted within 48 hours of receipt along with an unboxing video which includes the original outer seal.

3. For both exchange and buyback, should we find any deficiencies/defects in the product returned to us (including but not limited to missing stones/packaging, damages, etc.), the buyback or exchange amount shall be adjusted depending on the extent of the deficiency or defect. In case of significant damage, the Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept the product. In all such matters, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.

4. The price on the website is based on average product weight. Your actual product weight may wary. A deviation in weight of the actual product may result in a minor excess charge/refund, both of which shall be communicated within 48 hours of placing your order. You shall have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of this communication. In case of COD, we request you to pay the full amount upfront. Excess amount collected, if any, shall be refunded and short collection shall be requested, within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery. The weight communicated in the invoice shall be the final weight

5. Please note that refunds take a minimum of 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the jewellery at our central warehouse.

6. Please note that to avail of any of the features offered in the authenticity certificate (return, exchange, buyback or warranty), you must produce the original invoice (hard/soft copy), and all certificates (strictly original and hard copy). The absence of any of the documents will make the product ineligible for return/exchange/warranty.

7. Please note exchange and buyback are only valid on Kymee lifestyle private limited - any other jewellery will not be accepted, regardless of brand/purity, etc.
8. 6-month Warranty: We offer a limited six-month warranty on our range valid from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only pre-existing damages or manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear in due course. In case we cannot repair the item, we will, at our discretion, replace the item with another item of equal value. However, please do note that the warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damages due to mishandling, negligence, impact damage, accidents, tampering, etc.
- Surface finish/colour of the product and loss of stones from the product.

  • In-stock: 24–48 business working hours (Mon–Sat).
  • Made-to-order / personalized: 7–12 business working days.
Delivery timelines
  • Estimated dates are shown on product pages & at checkout based on your pin code.
  • Metros: 2–5 business working days from dispatch; Non-metros: 4–8 business working days.
Shipping (India)
  • Prepaid/COD: Free shipping on all domestic orders.
Order tracking
  • Tracking link is shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email once dispatched.
Delays & exceptions
  • Weather, local restrictions, festival congestion, or courier constraints may cause delays.
  • If your address becomes temporarily unserviceable, we’ll offer alternatives or a refund.
Failed delivery & RTO
  • Couriers make up to 3 attempts. If undelivered, the parcel returns to us (RTO).
  • COD: Re-ship on request; repeated COD failures may restrict future COD.
Address changes
  • Allowed before dispatch only. Post-dispatch changes aren’t guaranteed.
International orders

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Kymee piece. If not, we’re here to help.

Windows

  • Returns: within 7 business working days of delivery.
  • Exchanges: within 15 business working days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Unused & unworn, with all tags, Kymee box/pouch, and any free gifts intact.
  • Return requests must be placed from the original delivery address.
  • Sale/clearance and “final price” items: exchange or store credit only (no refund).
  • Personalized/engraved and gift cards: non-returnable for customization reasons (unless damaged/incorrect on arrival).
  • If the customer orders the wrong ring size/metal, the item is non-returnable & non-exchangeable, but we will resize or replace it with a charges of ₹249.

How to initiate

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at care@kymee.in or +91 95586 08708 with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Upload 2–3 photos (and the unboxing video if the issue is damage/missing).
  3. Choose Refund / Exchange and confirm pickup details.

Reverse pickup & self-ship

  • We arrange reverse pickup for most pin codes.
  • If your pin code isn’t serviceable, please self-ship using a trackable courier; we reimburse up to ₹100 against valid receipt.

Fees & refunds

  • Refunds (prepaid): to original payment method; COD: to UPI/bank.
  • Return handling fee: ₹99 (deducted from refund) to cover reverse logistics & processing. (Waived if we shipped a damaged/incorrect item.)
  • BOGO/bundle offers: partial returns → refund as Kymee Wallet credit only. Full returns of all items follow standard rules.
  • TAT: The refund process takes 3–5 business working days after QC at our facility.(Banks may take extra time to reflect the refund.)

Exchange Policy

  • For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement product once we have received your return and completed QC on the returned item.
  • You will be notified via email/SMS once your exchange has been processed and the new product has been shipped.

Damage / missing / tampering claims

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened, plus photos of the item & outer shipping label.
  • If verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement / repair / refund.

Packaging for returns

Use the original Kymee box/pouch + outer protective carton. Seal well. Include invoice & freebies. Poor/loose packaging that leads to damage may invalidate the claim.

  • Reserve: first exchange always free.
  • Reserve+: extended exchange window to 20 days (other rules apply).

1-Year Warranty

1) Manufacturing Defects (30-Day Assurance)

  • If you experience a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery (e.g., clasp failure, stone setting defect), we’ll repair or replace the item at no charge, including both-way shipping.

2) 12-Month Color-Care (18k Vermeil)

  • Every Kymee vermeil piece includes one complimentary re-plating & polish within 12 months of invoice
  • Inbound shipping to our service center is customer’s responsibility (or you may self-drop); Kymee covers return shipping back to you.
  • AT: 7–10 working days from receipt (may vary with volume/festivals).


3) Lifetime Care (post 12 months)

  • Kymee Lifetime Warranty on Plating Policy
  • At Kymee, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. To ensure our customers enjoy their pieces for a lifetime, we proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on Plating Service.
  • What’s Included
  • Customers are entitled to unlimited plating services for any Kymee jewelry purchased.
  • This warranty covers re-plating of the product to restore its original finish.
  • Customer Responsibility
  • Customers will be responsible for two-way shipping charges.
  • Kymee will generate and arrange the pickup from the customer’s location for the product to reach our service premises.
  • Once plating is completed, Kymee will dispatch the product back to the customer, with shipping charges payable by the customer.

Conditions

  • This warranty applies only to plating and does not cover:
  • Physical damage, breakage, or missing parts.
  • Normal wear and tear beyond plating.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications done by third parties.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • The product must be properly packed by the customer at the time of pickup to avoid transit damage. Kymee will not be responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
  • Service timelines may vary depending on the nature of the work and logistics. Customers will be informed accordingly.

  • Once approved, Kymee will generate and arrange the pickup and share the estimated service timeline.

Buyback Policy

To keep things fair & sustainable for Vermeil, Kymee offers an optional store-credit buyback on eligible pieces after QC:

Buyback value (on invoice value / MRP paid)

  • 0–6 months: 60% as Kymee Wallet credit
  • 6–12 months: 40% as Kymee Wallet credit
  • 12–24 months: 25% as Kymee Wallet credit
  • >24 months: 15% as Kymee Wallet credit

Key conditions

  • Applicable to Kymee 18k gold vermeil items purchased on our website/app.
  • Item must be in good, wearable condition with invoice & authenticity card; no third-party alterations.
  • Items processed under Color-Care in the last 90 days are temporarily ineligible (prevents misuse).
  • Non-eligible: personalized items, pierced jewelry (earrings/nose pins), gift cards, clearance/final-sale items.
  • Shipping: Customer sends the piece to our service hub (trackable courier). If the buyback is rejected after QC and you want the piece returned, return shipping is ₹99.
  • Credit: Issued as Kymee Wallet within 5 Business working days after QC, valid 12 months, non-transferable, non-encashable; usable online or at official Kymee channels.
    (Note: Kymee currently focuses on vermeil. If we introduce solid-gold/diamond products later, separate buyback terms will be published.)
