At Kymee, we believe jewelry should be lived in — beautifully and worry-free. That’s why we offer a 1-Year Warranty on every piece, from the date of your purchase.

This warranty covers specific product concerns related to craftsmanship and manufacturing, so you can shop with trust and wear with confidence.

What’s Covered

Our warranty protects you from the following issues:

  • Replating or tarnishing due to material or craftsmanship flaws

  • Manufacturing defects in joints, clasps, chains, or jump rings

  • Breakage due to product weakness, not accidental or forceful damage

Note: All approved claims require a small ₹200 shipping fee, which covers both pickup and return delivery.

What’s Not Covered

While we stand by our craftsmanship, the following are not covered under the warranty:

  • Damage caused by water, perfumes, sweat, or harsh chemicals

  • Accidental breakage, scratches, or wear-and-tear from daily use

  • Products that are lost, stolen, or altered by third parties

  • Color fading or tarnishing due to improper care

How to Claim Your Warranty

We’ve kept it easy:

  2. Share your order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos of the damaged item

  3. Our team will verify and confirm if your piece qualifies

  4. Once approved, we’ll initiate the pickup and rework/replace with the same design (subject to availability)

Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for 1 year from the date of purchase
  • If the original design is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a similar product
  • Kymee reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on condition and warranty eligibility
