  1. General β€” Policies apply to purchases via Kymee’s official website/app/verified channels only.
  2. Condition & QC β€” All returns, exchanges, warranty and buyback requests are subject to quality check. Items showing wear, damage, or tampering may be rejected or charged.
  3. Proofs β€” Kymee may request photos/videos (including unboxing video for damage/missing claims within 24–48h of delivery).
  4. Packaging β€” Use original packaging/materials or equivalent protective packing; inadequate packing that causes transit damage may void claims.
  5. Fees β€” Non-refundable charges include COD fee, gift-wrap, and shipping where applicable. Return handling fee β‚Ή99 applies unless we shipped a damaged/incorrect item.
  6. Promotions β€” Orders purchased during promotions/clearance may carry modified returnability (e.g., exchange-only). One active claim per order at a time.
  7. Kymee Wallet β€” Store credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise.
  8. Fraud & Abuse β€” Kymee reserves the right to deny or limit service in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
  9. Policy Changes β€” Kymee may update these policies without prior notice. The latest version on our site applies at the time of request.
  10. Governing Law β€” All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat (India) courts.
