Terms & Condition
- General — Policies apply to purchases via Kymee’s official website/app/verified channels only.
- Condition & QC — All returns, exchanges, warranty and buyback requests are subject to quality check. Items showing wear, damage, or tampering may be rejected or charged.
- Proofs — Kymee may request photos/videos (including unboxing video for damage/missing claims within 24–48h of delivery).
- Packaging — Use original packaging/materials or equivalent protective packing; inadequate packing that causes transit damage may void claims.
- Fees — Non-refundable charges include COD fee, gift-wrap, and shipping where applicable. Return handling fee ₹99 applies unless we shipped a damaged/incorrect item.
- Promotions — Orders purchased during promotions/clearance may carry modified returnability (e.g., exchange-only). One active claim per order at a time.
- Kymee Wallet — Store credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise.
- Fraud & Abuse — Kymee reserves the right to deny or limit service in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
- Policy Changes — Kymee may update these policies without prior notice. The latest version on our site applies at the time of request.
- Governing Law — All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat (India) courts.
